Your information, kept close
This is short on purpose. Here is what we collect, why we keep it and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. On the contact form, that is your name, email, organization and your message. Members also share profile details, a photo, a firm logo and a private work story when they take their seat, and the posts and tools they send us. Each member has an account, so we keep the email you sign in with and a short record of each sign-in, with its date and the internet address it came from. That keeps accounts safe.
Why we keep it
To write you back, to build member profiles, to decide who gets a seat and to put member posts and tools on the site. That is all.
What shows on the site
Only the profile details, posts and tools a member chooses to share. A member’s work story stays private, and so does anything you send through the contact form.
What we will never do
We will never sell your information, share it with advertisers or use it to market anything that is not this network. Nobody pays for a listing or a referral, and nobody is paid for one.
Where it lives
On this site and in the email and record-keeping tools Vivid Operational Advisors uses to run the network.
Your say
To see, change or remove what we keep about you, write to [email protected] and we will take care of it. The Kitchen Garden Network is run by Vivid Operational Advisors, a business of Erin Peshoff Consulting, LLC, in Leesburg, Virginia.
