About the work

I help nonprofit leaders communicate their cause. They come to me because they care deeply but struggle to get others on board.

I’ve worked in nonprofit fundraising and messaging since 2010, serving 100+ organizations, including The Salvation Army and The George Institute for Global Health. My Kind Persuasion™ method moves people from caring to acting, without pressure.

How I help:

- Positioning & Messaging Intensive: A four-week engagement where I find what an organization’s supporters respond to, then deliver clear positioning and a messaging guide so the whole team tells the same story.
- Communication workshops for teams: Half-day training in Kind Persuasion (talking about the mission) or Kind Conversation Skills (building relationships).
- 1:1 sessions and Advisory: A focused hour for a leader to fix their messaging, or monthly support for executives who want someone in their corner before big conversations.
